Choices include complete factory-fabricated air handling units, field-erected air handling units and individual air handler components for upgrades or repairs. Custom and Modular Air Handling Systems Custom Cooling and Heating Coils Air Handler Retrofit Components Custom air handling units are furnished as complete units, in modules, or as components for field assembly according to customers specific needs. A wide variety of materials and finishes are available, including our all-aluminum unit, which features thermally-broken foam injected panels. Mainstream furnishes exact replacements for many different manufacturers equipment, including Trane, Carrier, York, McQuay, and Heatcraft. All coils and replacement tube bundles are available on emergency production cycles as short as one business day. Retrofit components allow you to save 40% or more over installing new units. All Mainstream replacement components are designed to exactly fit existing units, ensuring smooth installation and reduced down-time.
